Working with Hughes has been a breath of fresh air in comparison to our experiences with other MNSPs. The care they have placed into our partnership, the diligence with which each engineer and project manager applies to their own roles, and the overall level of accountability they have taken for the success of our migration has been incomparable. We are a new customer, so time will tell if this holds up as we proceed to service and maintenance from the rollout phase, but I have seen nothing to believe that it won't.

Their proactive alerting takes the guessing game out of supporting our networks. The customer support has so far been unparalleled. They were also able to find reliable connectivity for some of our locations that struggle to find consistent bandwidth the local providers.

The way the company goes about its main service, but has backups in the event of failures and has all the backups to the backups figured in to keep critical infrastructure going.

Partnership model, dedicated support reseller team

IM a fairly new customer and really getting going so the good news is I don't have a dislike at the moment and that's a good thing.
