How it has alot of options to fine tune your company's ingestion of documents.

It is so configurable!

Most things they have examples of are for on prem customers. Cloud admin is MINIMAL at best. You have to reach out to cloud services to have anything done and they take FOREVER.

OnBase configuration doesn't always make sense and not easy to navigate.

It has a monolithic upgrade for customers on premise. Their cloud offering has moved to a more modular approach, but the on premise option is not there yet.

My overall experience has not been that great. The staff are nice, but it definitely feels like a lot of dip service and a charge for everything we need done.
