The Workato platform is very easy to use and does not require advanced programming to set up integration jobs. It connects to a wide variety of platforms and services, and provides a lot of options for settings and data flow. While the main part of the platform is simple and easy, Workato still provides an SDK for programmers to write advanced custom data flows should there be a need. We were very pleased with the big data options available, such as batching of records, change tracking, subscriptions and more. Tight integration with Snowflake Data Warehouse is also outstanding. My only complaint is with some of the terminology they use for things, which can be a little confusing. Even Oracle LIFT Team (Architects) joined us to give us a session to make sure we gain full knowledge of the product. Initially we encountered a few issues with some features due to our implementation based files and evets. We raised these concerns with Oracle and as promised they were able to resolve them in upcoming patches. As both an admin and a user of the product in my org, the user friendly option really helped me to handle issues independently.
