My overall experience with Microsoft is positive. We have a significant investment within the Microsoft eco-system and it is serving us well so far. We are really leveraging our Entra ID admin portal and M365 admin portal to support our ongoing focus on improving our security & compliance posture. The general direction Microsoft is going in terms of identity and security - especially in the world of AI - seems to be also positive, but I am positive it will incur additional costs. As industry leaders I believe they should step up on their service level, clarity and flexibility.
