We are still very new to the product but so far it is looking very powerful. It is the people service at the moment that is shining through. This was both the negotiations and the deployment team

IFS PSO does have a very strong optimizer capability with the ability to tailor to our business needs.

The range of modules and breadth of industry specific features the product has truly sets it apart. The support available from the entire IFS team has been amazing, there is a domain expert for all modules with people who have genuine industry experience.

Dislike

We are very new to IFS cloud and it would be unfair to comment on anything negative about the solution. I can't say anything bad about the people service

Dislike

IFS Cloud and its integration with the other IFS products (PSO and MWO) suffers from significant technical challenges resulting in interfaces which are not reliable for business processing. The Success, Support, and Development teams at IFS struggle to co-ordinate and collaborate to rapidly investigate and resolve issues - even when they are rated as P1 or P2 issues in Production. The monitoring, alerting, and observability capabilities within the product suite are very limited resulting in further delays in resolving production issues.

Dislike

Finding partners with industry experience and skills is limited.
