1. The product isn't as advance as others on the market 2. When something is escalated to dev team it seems like it stays there for awhile

We have a strong relationship with Igloo which allows us to speak candidly about how we would like to use the platform for our needs and we appreciate Igloo to allow us the space to discuss. They are willing to listen and try to push in the direction needed for us. But the product lacks a lot of capabilities like targeted experiences, deep permissions, or strong search we would like to take advantage of.
