Their managed service is very responsive and we collaborate with them to improve detections and remove false positives. So what has worked well with reCAPTCHA at work is that whenever google detects something like a bad webpage the recaptcha automatically is utilized and our company is a big user of google and even for our emails. So it is a nice feature that google provides as a free service.
