What I like is the simplicity and reliability of the service. Standout strengths include an intuitive user interface, fast response time, and feautures that save time reducing friction in key processes

The interface is very intuitive which reduces the learning curve of the teams. It also works fine regarding conversion rates

Dislike

The main drawbacks are unnecessary friction in some key processes, lack of consistent communication at critical moments, and features that feel additive rather than fully integrated. These issues reduce clarity and impact the overall experience

It has not a lot of customization options especially for reporting so it could be more functional.

After several messages, I don't have an option directly to check previous messages or conversations, If needed I have to ask to my coordinator. Also, if the patients send a picture before asking for an agent, I need to ask them again. And I can't respond to a previous message directly, and I can't see when they are answering to a specific message.
