It has not a lot of customization options especially for reporting so it could be more functional.
After several messages, I don't have an option directly to check previous messages or conversations, If needed I have to ask to my coordinator. Also, if the patients send a picture before asking for an agent, I need to ask them again. And I can't respond to a previous message directly, and I can't see when they are answering to a specific message.
