Love APS - if you feed it good information, you get efficient, smart results I like the overall layout of the system. It is easy to teach almost any end user how to navigate quickly. Love the cloud version which keeps us from backend database so before we go crazy customizing the system, we have to use out of the box functionality first and then be mindful in customizations.
The functionality and tools makes it easier to use
Fit for the industry and user friendly, it is easy to implement and businesses can manage L1 support on their own with no need of any third party or partner to support day to day work. If any support is required, then OEM support directly which reduces bugs and other complications in business.
Data upload is slow and painful and also bombs out during the day when end users are transacting. Making mass changes impossible unless we work after hours. Some of the forms such as Unposted Job Transactions are super complex. It would be nice if there were simpler versions that complete the same task. There is no way to complete a Purchase Return Order if the PO was invoiced and what we have to do manually to accomplish this today is gross for lack of a better word.
Some fields are more complex than they should be.
I think there is no such subject area where customers dislike this product . It is very easy to implement and use to get ROI . Marketing and brand awareness activities required if possible.

Overall love the product, there are just a lot of features that you have to be careful to turn on. I would like more simple end user guides on how to complete transactions. Most that I have found are wordy and technical with minimal screenshots from the system.
