Love APS - if you feed it good information, you get efficient, smart results I like the overall layout of the system. It is easy to teach almost any end user how to navigate quickly. Love the cloud version which keeps us from backend database so before we go crazy customizing the system, we have to use out of the box functionality first and then be mindful in customizations.

The functionality and tools makes it easier to use

The product we use is Fedramp certified and meets our highly regulated business.

Data upload is slow and painful and also bombs out during the day when end users are transacting. Making mass changes impossible unless we work after hours. Some of the forms such as Unposted Job Transactions are super complex. It would be nice if there were simpler versions that complete the same task. There is no way to complete a Purchase Return Order if the PO was invoiced and what we have to do manually to accomplish this today is gross for lack of a better word.

Some fields are more complex than they should be.

Because of our Fedramp requirements, innovation lags behind the commercial world, that has a slight impact on our competitive strategy. The support layer at times is difficult to navigate, escalating issues past front level support can be challenging. We struggle to be independent of professional services for what should be basic configuration issues.
