Really great product. Most of the time, Epicor support is great, but sometimes, the support personnel can be difficult to work with. At times, we are not able to understand and/or get answers from support on how certain things work, like the formula behind a calculation, process, etc. Native integration with Avalara for tax calculations is not strong/configurable. There is no capability of end dating a master data in many places. Missing important data like created_by, updated_by, created_date, updated_date in each tables. In our case we have migrated jdEdwards from version 8.12 to the last version 9.2, always on premise. We carry out the omplementation with an Oracle channel thant has made the project a bit complex for us since it didn't follow as expected the changes to be implemented in our proceses. Everythig implied a greater cost. In addition the project was underestimated by the provider in time and effort. We are already 4 month later.
