A unique approach leveraging Infosys CaPSule for a successful rapid and high-quality S/4HANA Enterprise Management implementation.Infosys CaPSule is a pre-configured solution on SAP S/4HANA for life science industry. It has SAP and Infosys best practices based business processes fully configured with comprehensive document repository including validation components.CaPSule laid the foundation for an accelerated blueprint. Re-usable configuration, BPML, test plans & cases and other assets allowed for successful rapid implementation. Infosys CaPSule based demos expedited preparation and explore phase activities like model company demos, fit gap analysis, business blueprint documentation. Early start on key user training with CaPSule on SAP S/4HANA helped improve user adoption. Life sciences specific process and product enhancements from CaPSule were reused for Huahai implementation. Cutover templates from CaPSule enabled initiation of master and transactional data collection and cleansing at the early stages of the project, improving data accuracy and quality. A comprehensive view of reusable developments available in CaPSule that can be used post stabilization phase can be seen below:

Infosys is a highly qualified SAP implementation partner. Their team was able to successfully roll out 20 company codes across 14 countries, while building an SAP from scratch, including a brand new Chart of Accounts, all related interfaces, etc. in a 6 month period, and in time for a year-end cutover. Professional, and with strong Finance acumen to back up recommended solutions and configuration. To win bids, however, it has become clear that Infosys is not above under-bidding. They have a tendency as well to wait until work has already started on a request before announcing that it is in fact 'out of scope' of their initial bid and raising requests for more money. Having dealt with them now across an entire engagement (full stack BPO and ITO outsourcing) far beyond just the SAP, over the past year, I can say that this is not unique to the SAP team.
