I personally like its search function which allows us to find any contract or SOW or agreement very easily and it manages all documents easily and it's very easy to use.

The signature process is much easier. Our end users love the request process. Using the features that allow us to add terms and provisions into the agreement while in Word saves a ton of time. The request process has actually saved us a lot of time and created a smoother process for our end users. The software seems to work very fast on the back end.

1) Intuitive design/ease of use/interface with other platforms: IA is by far the most user friendly system we reviewed. Other systems can feel over-engineered, making it difficult for non-power users to leverage the platform's functionality. One session on IA and anyone can use it with ease. It also allows users to interact w/the system seamlessly through email or on mobile, making it easy for users to address their contracting needs (comments in the system go directly to users emails allowing you to live outside the platform while still timely addressing tasks). IA was quickly adopted w/o issue by over 500 users across 250 business units 2) Contract Creation/Submission-generating templates for all sorts of agreements is a huge time saver and reduces user error. This isnt just great for attorneys, but also for field users-- the whole process for creation or uploading of agreements is simplified almost like a Turbo Tax for contracting 3) Customizable Approval Workflows- easily designate and automate which parties need to review/approve contracts before signature. More customizable than other CLM platform workflows we've used 4) ODR/term identification and tracking: all contracts screen read and catalogued allowing easy searching and synthesizing of key terms across a massive universe of agreements. You can do in minutes what would otherwise have taken days. 5) AI/contract drafting assistance/clause library: AI is more developed than other CLMs and is actually functional in helping identify AND suggest revisions based on pre-set criteria you can customize. Most other CLMs promise AI but deliver something less. This system is one of the few that truly embraces & leverages AI capabilities in the drafting, negotiation, & revision of contracts (a la ChatGPT/OpenAI)

One issue I faced when we are dealing with multiple documents at the same time it gets hung and stops working. I feel one more lag is it doesn't have much betterment for customization, and there is scope of improvement in it for customization feature.

The process for updating expiration dates is extremely manual. When we evaluated the product, we were under the impression that the product was very automated, we have not found that to be the case. The attributes are not typically accurate and we have spent a ton of time cleaning up the attributes, organizing the files, renaming the files and updating the expiration dates. It would also be very nice for our end users to be able to request renewals directly from the parent file and 'pre-populate' all of the information from the underlying file. That would save everyone a ton of time organizing for everyone and keep things related and connected.

-some manual processes if you transition business units and users regularly, though this has been significantly improved recently and we've been told there are upcoming deployments to further reduce these -AI is more developed than any platform Ive seen, but tailoring it to our legal concerns is a bit time consuming given nuances and complexities of some of our agreements
