It is customizable tou our company needs
The product has improved some of our workflow efficiencies and given our stakeholders the opportunity to perform more work independently of detailed legal review in limited cases, which is a win. It is fairly intuitive when it is working.
The team is always open to changing complicated workflows and working with us to find solutions that fit our needs. Our improvements are always taken seriously, and the support team constantly checks in and follows through. Rep. is extremely capable and smart. Team ensures that things are running smoothly and any issues are taken care of quickly.
Translation to other languages is hard Missing features from previous version No all columns in report
The implementaiton process was poor and the forced workflows (when not set up correctly) do not leave room for a user override, which requires someone to make changes in their backend system.
We have struggled with errors with Google integration and the collaboration feature. We've also had issues when trying to change features in the system such as department names and agreement workflows. When this happens, our workflow becomes halted. The product is not very intuitive so people struggle to learn it in the beginning.

A Powerful, User Friendly CLM Platform with Strong AI Capabilities and Excellent Support
Our overall experience with ContractPodAi has been excellent. The platform has delivered exactly what we needed, a comprehensive and easy to use system that supports the full contract lifecycle. From intake and contract creation to approvals, e-signature, and post signature tracking, every stage is handled seamlessly. The integration of GenAI has significantly improved the speed and quality of our contract review and drafting process, especially for standard agreements and NDAs. We have also found their workflow automation and obligation tracking features to be extremely valuable in driving compliance and minimizing manual oversight. The on-boarding and implementation process was smooth, and the vendor team was highly responsive, collaborative, and open to tailoring the solution to our needs. ContractPodAi has not only improved our internal efficiency but has also helped us enforce consistent legal standards across the business. I would strongly recommend it to legal and procurement teams looking to scale and modernize their contract processes. - Manager, Legal and Compliance50M-1B USDServices (non-Government)Review Source
Streamlined Contract Management and Compliance with Contract Pod Ai
My overall experience with Contract Pod Ai has been insightful and engaging. The platform offers a well-structured and intuitive interface that simplifies the contract lifecycle from request and authoring to negotiation, approval and repository management. I particularly appreciated the automated workflows, clause library and Smart Tables, which significantly reduced manual effort to ensure consistency in compliance. The training modules helped me understand the platform's capabilities and depth, especially how it supports legal and business teams with streamlined collaboration and real time visibility. In summary Contact is a powerful CLM solution that enhances efficiency, improves governance and supports capable good track management processes - Senior Counsel50M-1B USDConsumer GoodsReview Source
Implementation Process Lacked Structure and Required Excessive Customer Involvement
The implementation process of this product was a complete mess. It felt like we were guiding their team through the process instead of them providing that guidance. The consultation we received around workflow structure was abysmal and continues to haunt us after our implementation. Implementation itself was very tricky and unstructured. It almost felt like they wanted us to tell them how to configure their product. I understand that it's highly customizable, but there should be better out of the box guidance around typical set-ups. We use support very frequently and thankfully they are responsive. However, if you don't have a full time contract administrator who can make it their job to improve the product, submit tickets, and manage the system, this is not the product for you. The pros for support are they are responsive and track tickets so you can maintain a log. However, support is not cohesive and they are very task oriented, so if there is a bigger vision to the support requirement, it takes lots of calls and time to explain. Some support tickets we have received took multiple back and forths and live meetings, which is just not efficient for most legal teams. Also be prepared to create your own user training (their out of the box training is complicated and not intuitive).
