Highly configurable and flexible system with frequent enhancements and upgrades.
The IROS Support program has impressed me with their level of effort to improve our experience with the software, their Agile Sprint based delivery, and core team that fully understands our unique implementation and needs. It is rare that a supplier is pressuring me for ideas for improvements as opposed to me pressuring them to deliver said improvements.
I really like how much the UI has improved over the past few years. Its cleaner, easier to navigate and much simpler to use. Making workflow-based changes has also become far more intuitive, which helps us adapt quickly without heavy technical effort. Whats been especially valuable is the guidance from our CSM. Their support has helped us shape our contracting roadmap and connect ICERTIS more effectively with our other tools, making the whole ecosystem work better together.
I think most of what is disliked is how it is configured. The consultant we partnered with did not provide us with enough thought leadership, so we did not make the best decisions in terms of how the system is configured. Most of the issues we experience have stemmed from that. Additionally, I wish we had a much better support package as we are on the lower tier, but that is not the supplier's fault.
I am not an end user and have limited understanding of the strengths and weaknesses of the tool, but I know on the whole we have not been impressed with the Discovery tool AI.
