its asset valuation feature helps us to track our assets value over time, I can easily calculate the asset depreciation and its value. Its customizable dashboard's provides us real-time insights in to our assets, i can easily track key metrics and KPIs. I can easily share the data between the systems, It has seamless integration with our ERP system.
Bulk asset loading, discovery of new devices and integration with Service Desk.
What I like the most about the service is that it is fast when it comes to uploading new data to the server, and it is east to install.
I have experienced issues with barcode scanning feature, It often finicky at some times. It's asset disposal feature is cumbersome to use, it should be more streamlined. I really wish it had more flexibility in their pricing plans and It should have more automated workflows for regular routine tasks, it really saves a lot time.
It is not possible to deploy applications remotely. It is no available to customize the display of some assets depending on the role.
The main problem with product is that if you are new user you get lost easily, since it provides a lot of information on the first screen.

Invgate: create workflows and tickets is very simple.
The product is good; the support is very fast, which is a definite plus. However, there are certain aspects that could be improved. Firstly, the API documentation and functionality are poor, making it challenging to integrate the product smoothly into our systems.
