What I like most about iSmartRecruit is how much time it saves. Features like resume parsing, automated emails, and candidate tracking reduce a lot of manual tasks, allowing us to focus more on engaging with candidates rather than juggling spreadsheets.
It is very simple to use, most people can learn how to use it intuitively.
The ability to monitor where applicants are at in the process is so simple and efficient. The dashboard makes it easy to track. It is also customizable and because we have unique onboarding requirements, this has been very helpful compared to other products we have used in the past. We also like the ability to implement assessments or questionnaires that can help better sift through applicants to ensure we have the right people.
The one thing I dislike most about iSmartRecruit is the mobile experience. While the system works on mobile devices it isn't as smooth as the desktop version.
Some of the things I dislike include the weak reporting capabilities and data collection compared to others, the interface seems outdated, and it can be very slow sometimes.
Honestly, there is sometimes too much data that a small HR team doesn't have time to sort through. Some of the reports can be complicated and we need more support to understand how we can better use the information. We'd like to see more improvements to AI features. The nature of our business is very human centered, so there is an element missing when evaluating candidates and using processes driven by AI.
