What excited me more about iSmartRecruit was the integration of AI within Recruitment and how it advances the whole experience for both the candidate and our team. Parsing resumes and screening candidates on behalf of myself not only saved time, but also only moved forward people that are what the company is looking for. By focusing on the mix matching their experience with the requirements of the role itself.

It is very simple to use, most people can learn how to use it intuitively.

ISR has a positive impact, we are able to receive a large number of responses from the job postings through them

Being the fairest I can be, the only thing I would call as a weakness (of our company) is not using the platform earlier.

Some of the things I dislike include the weak reporting capabilities and data collection compared to others, the interface seems outdated, and it can be very slow sometimes.

ISR has been great for our uses, however we have noticed that they have received some negative reputation claims online most of them relating to scams. We have never faced this challenge with them however from their point of view this may be a concern
