Their payroll and paperless onboarding process and their customer service.
The onboarding templates and ability for the associate to access their profile. Ability to tailor the rules by property.
The payroll grid is easy to navigate and use. The integration and feeds to our other products is very helpful. The workflows for PTO and Missing punches make the payroll teams job a lot easier.
I do not have anything negative to say about iSolved. They are amazing!
Accruals update from timecard instead of paycheck. More transparency on set up changes that affect multiple areas. Need ability to true up accruals at any time, instead of having to wait through the next payroll send to show correctly.
When our direct service rep is out of the office, it can be difficult to get an issue resolved. The overall system can be cumbersome to navigate and to get what you want out of it. The system has a lot of random slowdowns or disconnects with no updates as to the causes.
