Easy to create forms, easy to maintain users, clean interface
This ability to easily add new modules for functions within the company. A robust rules and workflow engine. The ability to host on prem to give the client control over the installed version and data. Customization seems unlimited until you get to the UI.
Cost effective, easy to deploy and easy to monitor all assets. Good product in Security level.
There are some limitations on the UI. It would be nice to edit the HTML. I do not like the fact you must download attachments to see them, it slows down analysts.
Main feature requests like SQL imports have been ignored for 5 years. The interface is tired and does not seem to have a competent replacement. Product management seems to want to push pricey restricted AI features over core product features.
Very poor in support, Need more customization in interface.
