I find its user-friendly interface to be extremely beneficial. The automation and efficiencies are also quite important to my day-to-day operations as the automated information gathering and vetting makes our workflow seamless. It also facilitates better communication between procurement teams. Jaggaer One's ability to enable real-time supplier communication and help businesses mitigate risks and ensure supply continuity.
Supplier Performance Evaluation was unable to export dashboards, relying on PNGs rendered on the tool as the only exportable element. Setting up KPIs and Performance Categories was clunky. Could be rigid in some areas, requiring workarounds.
not enough granularity in supplier module permissions - a single permission gives too much access; reporting between modules requires a lot of manual work -- not able to easily get invoice spend against suppliers with specific xyz (from supplier record) because invoice reporting doesn't allow values from another module (e.g. supplier record); unable to validate conditional field requirements when user hits 'submit'; unable to set a field as required at a specific workflow step - if set as required, it's required when created;
Sometimes the reporting and dashboard functionalities are difficult to navigate. Integration with the legacy system was riddled with unexpected errors, disrupting workflow efficiency. Some suppliers complain about the less than intuitive supplier side interface.
