“Not the EMR for our company”

As an Healthcare IT professional with experience with over 10 years experience I have encountered many EMR's. This one is by far the worst product I've ever seen. I cannot see any increase in functionality, usability or overall improvement in capabilities over our previous EMR. In fact, our ability to complete tasks/work has drastically gone off a cliff (as in almost stopped). Employees are stressed to the max due to the product NOT being user friendly and having so much extra work with this product. The product is not intuitive at all. Many things are wrong or in the wrong place. Overall, it makes our work take at least 3 times longer than it did with our previous EMR. We hear that the reporting capabilities are great with ZeOmega, but have yet to see any actual proof of that. As an end user of this product that spends hours in it daily, this is the worst EMR I have ever seen or used. We have staff leaving right and left and some of it is due to this poor decision of an EMR. This product will no doubt affect our business, however, it will not be in a positive way. Steer clear!
