Jobma is user-friendly for both employers and candidates. Reviewing interviews is quick and straightforward. Candidates rarely encounter issues while using Jobma, and when they do it's usually due to user error. It is a dependable tool that helps us be more efficient with our hiring process.

Initial interaction was great - good people and product. No issues until after the first 12 months of our contract they decided to double the subscription rates and then hold our data at ransom. Typical SAAS product vendor these days - racing to get people in to subscribe then realising they are under their revenue targets so they raise the price. We have closed our account and are not using and not planning to use the product again.
