About Company
Company Description
Josys is a modern AI-native identity security and governance platform. Enterprise AI adoption has made identity the fastest-growing attack surface, and the hardest to govern. Josys discovers, governs, and secures every identity — human, machine, and AI agent — across every application in the enterprise, allowing security and IT teams to surface risks, control access, and remediate identity threats in real-time. Trusted by over 1,000 organizations and MSPs worldwide, Josys turns identity from the fastest-growing attack surface into an autonomously governed advantage.

Josys SaaS Management Reviews and Ratings
- Corporate IT50M-1B USDIT ServicesReview Source
This provides a clearer overall picture of SaaS management, significantly reducing the complexity of management.
JOSYS was excellent because it not only provided visualization of SaaS management, but also integrated it into operations, including inventory, workflow, and application/approval (employee portal). It also felt scalable, even when the number of managed items increased due to subsidiaries or M&A. On the other hand, there was room for improvement in areas such as the maintenance of department information (accumulation of unnecessary departments due to lack of deletion functionality), the unclear nature of update notifications, and the flexibility of custom integrations, preventing it from receiving a perfect score. - Associate, Real Estate50M-1B USDIT ServicesReview Source
Thanks to its excellent user interface, visualizing SaaS has become much easier.
We adopted this solution to reduce the operational burden of managing SaaS accounts, and it has enabled centralized visibility into the SaaS applications used by each individual user. In addition, we can now clearly see who is accessing which services, as well as the frequency of access to prohibited services, which has helped strengthen our overall IT security posture. For application inventory purposes, the lack of integration with the communication tools we use internally means we need to consider alternative methods. From a security configuration perspective, it would be even more beneficial if application usage permissions could be configured on a per-user basis. - IT Associate<50M USDServices (non-Government)Review Source
Improved Security and Usability Offset Limitations in Permission Customization
We deployed Josys to migrate the operational complexities associated with our rapidly expanding SaaS ecosystem and device fleet, particularly during employee onboarding and offboarding. Prior to Josys, our asset data was heavily siloed across disparate spreadsheets. The platform has successfully driven the centralization of this critical data. From a security standpoint, the impact has been substantial; it effectively mitigates the risk of "orphaned" accounts by ensuring rigorous and consistent de-provisioning. Furthermore, the highly intuitive user interface significantly reduces the learning curve, empowering non-IT personnel to manage operations efficiently. While the core functionality is exceptional, the current granularity of role-based access controls could be enhanced. Introducing more flexible permission settings in future releases would undoubtedly elevate my overall rating to a perfect 5 - Manager of IT Services50M-1B USDConstructionReview Source
Integrated management of devices and license ledgers significantly improves operational efficiency.
Device management and license management linked to users have improved dramatically. Previously, the device management ledger and license management ledger were separate, but they have now been integrated. Since it's still under development and features are being added regularly, I have high expectations for the service's future capabilities. - Manager, Customer Service and Support<50M USDConstructionReview Source
A system that simplifies internal IT asset management with a unified format.
Previously, user accounts, SaaS licenses, and IT devices were managed in a scattered manner across separate management screens for each service and in the company's own database. However, this service allows for the automatic information sharing across numerous services, enabling centralized management of information in a unified format, even for items that the company updates. Furthermore, the organized information can be retrieved via API, linked with other information, and used within the company.
