Once it is fully available and working, being able to see everything with a single pane of glass and be able to onboard and offboard users on a schedule is extremely beneficial.
I like that we can issue and delete user accounts directly from the Josys dashboard. Its very convenient and saves a lot of time when managing SaaS tools. Some services are not supported yet, but the overall coverage is good.

The biggest downfall of this system is its lack of integration with some of the systems we use. Another issue would be the time it takes to truly get a scope of your environment, it takes a large number of machines and weeks for it to really understand your network. I would also think its current narrow functionality is set to be a downfall. Their team worked well with me to attempt to increase their functionality but unfortunately the time it is going to take to get everything that would benefit me made it not worth continuing with the SaaS application at this time.
Some SaaS servies are not supported for user account creation or deletion from Josys.It would be better if more integrations were available, so we can manage all user accounts from on piace.

Perfect for Teams That Want to Manage Both SaaS and Devices Smoothly
I'm in charge of corporate IT at a SaaS company with around 120 staff members, working as a team of one. This product has made device management much more efficient. I can export a list of previous users in CSV format, which makes it easy to check both on screen and in the file who used a device in the past. Our company has only one office, so we didn't use this feature, but it also allows you to organize and view data by location or department. Integration with platforms like Google Workspace and Microsoft 365(Entra ID) was smooth, and importing members was simple. SSO is also supported. In our case, users needed to enter their email addresses first before signing in with their Google accounts, but I think the login process would be even smoother without the email input step. For SaaS management, we used both SaaS integrations and a browser extension to track member usage. These features supported a wide range of SaaS tools, which was really helpful.
