Khoros generally works fine but I constantly have issues with tags they can never fix.

Khoros Marketing solution allows us to carry out marketing campaigns to reach a market and new customers, while allowing us to keep what we already have, allows integration with more popular social networks, managed through the platform, which allows you to view notifications of the changes produced and be on top of the comments of our customers, through the interface of Khoros Marketing solution I can visualize all the modules to carry out the marketing that our company needs, it has integrations that allow us to use third party services from the platform of Khoros Marketing solution, which allows to expand the possibilities of the portal.

The amount of metrics it has that can me tricky to find on native social platforms.

Its nice to have everything on one platform and to schedule posts.The spredfast team is very responsive with queries.

I have had difficulties to integrate the platform with Instagram and Facebook, which is annoying, I think it is a weak point that should be strengthened.

The tagging issue, sometimes it completely misses posts, wrong metrics sometimes

Due to some API restrictions not able to export all the data, but the data is available from the native platforms.
