KIBO is a MACH-certified, composable commerce platform designed for retailers, manufacturers, wholesalers, and distributors to handle complex business requirements, such as account-based pricing, multi-site catalogs, and layered promotions. KIBO unifies B2B and B2C eCommerce, Order Management, and Agentic on a single, API-first architecture. Our platform enables enterprises to manage multiple business models (i.e., D2C, B2B2C) from one source of truth. Overall, our experience with Kibo has been positive, particularly due to its reliable OMS capabilities and robust real-time inventory management. However, we encountered some challenges: the setup process in the admin interface can be overly complex and repetitive, especially within Order Routing configurations; core customization is limited; and technical support responsivness was occasionally slow when addressing non-standard issues. Despite these areas for improvement, the system consistently delivered good overall value.
