Klaviyo has been exceptionally helpful in migrating from paying an agency to create emails for us at an expensive hourly rate with minimal control, to an easy to learn multi-channel platform with AI integration as well as the ability to sync with all of our e-commerce stack. We have made an incredible growth in our business by learning how to leverage Klaviyo, which has increased our profitability, repeat purchase rate, customer satisfaction and engagement. If you are a fan of drag and drop editors, this is the perfect tool. If you are an HTML nerd, they can handle that too. Want to send plain text emails en masse or SMS text messages? Klaviyo can handle it all. Klaviyo has invited us out to multiple events in our state, which has been an excellent way to meet and engage with the team that has put this incredible tool together. They've been happy to sit down with me and look over my shoulder while I demonstrated problems I was trying to solve or challenges I needed a hand with. They even followed up with me on LinkedIn and via email to ensure that I had everything I needed. There are not many other companies that would give me a direct line to their engineering team and I really enjoyed that their team was willing to put on events for us to attend. I have worked with many vendors over the years, Klaviyo has been a favorite. I've been on with them since 2022 and no plans to look anywhere else. I started this journey with zero prior experience in email design and was able to teach myself in short order.
