We out-source our emergency response arrangements to Restrata and maintain a cohort of duty managers to respond and support them when mobilised. Fortunately to daye we have never had to mobilise in anger for an event or crisis, but we regularly participate in exercises with Restrata to test our response to incidents, accidents and othe events offshore. We take great confidence from these exercises and reassurance that they would be able to step up and ensure a timely and professional response to any such event.

Smart CAS significantly streamlines and simplifies coordination between the different branches of the Integrated System and improves the flow of information from the incident scene - including the ability to upload and view photos. It also allows responders to navigate direclty to the exact incident location, which makes the entire response process faster and more efficient.

Very mature product for Recovery of a Tier 0 platform like Active Directory. Rich in features and capabilities. The best part is that it demystifies AD Forest/Domain Recovery processes and provides detailed logs of the fully automated recovery process that is very well designed. It also integrates with Azure &S3 storage to give immutable backs. Can be deployed on multiple consoles with the ability to replicate information on backup sets for console awareness. Has command like interface to backup RMAD configuration and provides high level of resiliency. Able to restore on isolated environments to test, validate and constantly improve restore timelines while also spotting misconfigurations on the AD platform that impedes a quick restores. The hybrid integration with EntraID is a bonus for hybrid environments. Integrates well with On Demand Recovery (ODR) - the SaaS solution. The ability to encrypt and secure backups. Can make multiple projects to cater to multiple recovery scenarios and is highly flexible.

Our experience with Intermedix has generally been positive. Our requests, problems, and other requirements are generally met in a timely and competent manner. Communication regarding product updates has been good, but attention to industry-specific needs has lagged. The recent spin-off of WebEOC from Intermedix to Juvare appears to have prompted a new focus and energy into the product that we haven't seen since the ESI days. ESI was the developer and original owner of WebEOC prior to being purchased by Intermedix.

Always I had have the support for any incident and crisis almost immediately. May be the only problem can be the time zone, but the attention always is very kind.
