The team is very good in terms of getting feedback and supporting with new product features. The support is very good. Capability of responding from the ticket section itself is cool. Saves time.
I feel some parts of the interface could be more intuitive, especially for new users. With so many features available, the learning curve can feel a little steep at first.
Interface is complex, with lots of features and options. This leads to confusion and a proper training is needed for usability.
There is scope for reporting to be improved. One ticket view to be improved more. Ease of integration as per custom requirements. Looking forward for more customisations.
