The most i like is the dynamic, colorful dashboard. i feel this is the best dashboards i have seen, Apart from that, the competitor analytics with accurate data is helpful to understand where our brands stands and the owned channel engagements dashboard is very helpful to me to see how any social media campaign works. The last is the sentiment analysis, where the tool itself provides the percentage of positive negative mentions with data
It has an appealing yet simple-to-understand dashboard, ease of customization for the data visuals and tabs of tracking essential data distributed in logical way.
Sentiment analysis still misinterprets sarcasm, cultural nuances, or mixed statements. The interface and setup are not immediately intuitive. Training new staff takes time.
The main issues i feel is the laggy interface, wherein if there are good internet connections, only the tool works and the supports service is worst, where we have received resolution after almost 1day
We had some deployment delays at the start, otherwise it's actually a great tool!
