I feel some parts of the interface could be more intuitive, especially for new users. With so many features available, the learning curve can feel a little steep at first.
It really has too many UI glitches if there is slow connection it will not work properly and we will have to refresh the page to get of the loading screen, there is also issues with sharing response to consumers as the response shows its failed but when we give it again it shows response given twice
The cost is high for smaller businesses. This is complex for new users. We have limited offline insights.
