Well supported service from Liferay and quality application. With new version of Liferay DXP, the application is much more stable and flexible. There are a lot of new features and added functionality with new Liferay DXP. OSGi technology is a real game changer. It provide developer a capability to add applications at runtime and very limited impact to other application during deployment. So this make Liferay environment more robust and minimize the downtime. Also significant uplift on theme and content management side. Liferay DXP
Earlier the support from Liferay and their feature road map was good. But recently there is a decline with quality of support and product quality. Even with platinum support subscription we are not getting prompt service.
