Standout Features and/or Strengths: 1. Ease and speed of use 2. Single point of truth for all contracts 3. Easy and super quick uploading and AI analyzing (with Smart Tags) of contracts 4. Amazing and very friendly and informative training 5. Amazing after sales service and user support
Limited Flexibility in contract editing and AI options along with workflows. I want to pull from clause library while you are in the agreement.
Their commercial model make them very cost prohibitive for large scale legal contract projects.
Main Issues or Weaknesses: To be honest, there really aren't any, but if I had to offer a few I would say they are: 1. Cost of adding bespoke Smart Tags/Fields 2. Cost of adding additional administrators vs standard users 3. Slightly pushy sakes team when it comes to upselling

Very handy online contracts platform for quick search/retrieval!
Linksquares has really enhanced the ability of our in-house Legal Department to quickly search/access the full text of key contracts and provide rapid and helpful advice to our internal clients. Gone are the days of fishing through PDFs and hoping to locate agreements based on filenames. As a contract drafting tool, Linksquares is invaluable to searching/retrieving language regarding specific provisions of interest.
