LogRocket is remarkably accurate and does a great job catching exceptions right where they happen. LogRocket's view of the session to watch the user navigate and use our application is wonderful. LogRocket does a great job notifying us when there is a problem, even through integrations with other apps in our organizations. LogRocket allows us to filter sensitive or personal information, making it easy to allow any engineer to look at the results without the risk of disclosure. Integrating LogRocket with other analytics tools is easy.
I really like that I can go live and see exactly what the user is seeing when doing a phone consultation. While there is a bit of a lag, it makes it even easier to assist the user with resolving their issue.
Sometimes you have to sit through watching a lot of user sessions before finding out what may have gone wrong.
The issues feature, combining notifications together into behaviors that fit a pattern works well but sometimes a little less than ideal. Still, much easier than trying to triage with a human. So many great features are still unavailable at the level we're paying.
Sometimes when I look up a user, it says that there isn't a recent session, but then I'll select the view more button and a recent session will populate. I haven't looked into why this discrepancy occurred, so it is possible that it is my user error. In any case, I know how to work around it but it does occasionally get frustrating.
