The easiness of integration, the personalization of streams to have a unique system for a very large group. Communities and Mobile app.
Naturally, this is a cloud based solution. Kind a comfort for us to not maintain an entire platform anymore. New features creation/evolution on a regular basis (every 6 weeks) that shows our users that this product is living and not forgotten or obsolete when delivered. This is really to be used compared to what we use to have in the past, even if there still are some rooms for improvement.

The fact to not have an integrated chat yet or have a full integration within solution as Slack, Teams,... Needs to wait a little bit.
We've been facing several minor bugs since the project has been launched. Not big deal but there are some. And 1111... this could be a long list at the end, and depreciate our users' experience. No clear prioritisation for bugs fixing when workarounds identified which is not acceptable for our users.
