Among the many aspects I appreciate about Luminance, ease of implementation and ease of training stand out. These factors significantly reduced the initial friction often associated with new software adoption. The platform's ability to centralize all our contracts into a single repository has been immeasurable in value, transforming how we manage contractual obligations and enabling a comprehensive overview that was previously impossible. This centralization directly leads to significant time savings, allowing us to cut one to two weeks out of the process of simply locating contracts. Another highly valued feature is the clause comparison capability, powered by the integrated AI engine. This feature has proven to be incredibly useful in real-world negotiations, as it streamlines the back-and-forth communication and allows us to view different contract versions side-by-side for comparison. It also critically assists in identifying deviations from standard terms or highlighting high-risk clauses. The reporting and centralization features of the product are also among my favorites, with the dashboard views being superior to any other solution I have seen, providing immediate insights into turnaround times and contract volumes. Furthermore, the smooth and frictionless collaboration that the platform facilitates between our legal and business teams is a significant benefit. The intuitive interface and user-friendly design elements have made it easy for new team members to adapt quickly. The products scalability has also been impressive, requiring no modifications or upgrades to date. Standard features like contract tracking, obligations management, and milestone alerts have all worked exceptionally well, proving their utility in our daily operations. Lastly, the top-notch service and support from the vendor, enhanced by their physical proximity to our offices, contribute significantly to our positive experience, with constant feedback exchange and proactive assistance.

There is no Admin dashboard where I can go in and see our document status, usage, etc. I cannot administer much beyond adding users and Divisions. Based on the other platforms I work with, this is something we truly need at a large law firm. I also deal with provisioning, Division creation, training, user support SO much more than I anticipated. Users first comment is always this is NOT an intuitive platform. After the summit, I realized this is great for a smaller in-house team where they have time to learn and implement. However, for a large law firm spread out across the US and world, it's a lot of my time trying to help people with a basic understanding.

Nothing. It keeps getting better and Lumi is working hard to anticipate our needs.

To be frank, I currently have no specific dislikes regarding Luminance. Our relationship with the vendor has been fantastic. I have found that Luminance has filled in the gaps where other Contract Lifecycle Management tools were lacking, and I do not wish for any features from other products to be integrated into it. Furthermore, we have not needed any additional tools or plugins to make it work effectively; all necessary functionalities are already present within the product. The only area that received a slightly lower in the critical capabilities, was Contract risk analysis. This was specifically because there isn't extensive risk analysis functionality available within the product.
