I like how easy the User interface is and tools are easy to configure. we wanted to monitor our IBM DB2 database and it integrates very nicely out of the box

It is working well for the product perspective by processing the card details and compliance part is good.

Unified and strong real-time monitoring

Dislike

THe RUM can be better, it's a bit basic compared to other solutions I've seen. has limited Artificial intelligence. its a on premise solution, a cloud version would be better in todays age.

We tried trouble shooting to pull the admin logs and its related security event for monitoring the application security with the help of partner vendor. we were not able to pull the logs as expected.

Initial setup and learning curve can be complex for new users. Integration with some third party applications requires effort. Reporting and customisation could be more flexible.
