Out of the box experience has been fantastic, but the documentation has proven to be sparse and hard to decipher. A greater focus on use cases and real-world examples of implementations would prove to be much more beneficial. I also think that better support would be helpful. There have been a dozen times where my support ticket would be passed around L1 techs for a very advanced technical use case instead of being sent up to SMEs for faster resolution.

We have had a very positive experience with Conviva, mainly due to their top-notch customer service and advanced stream video data analysis.
