Dislike

Ultimately this solution is complex and cumbersome, and I imagine another vendor can provide the same needs for less headache. The support experience is then salt on the wound. *Cumbersome and complex to configure. *Poor documentation that occurs to me as being unmaintained and that no one cares to ensure it is maintained. *Good luck if you need support. Prepare to lose massive amounts of time going back and forth with their support team, constantly having to provide support information file before any progress can be made. *Erratic behavior sometimes encountered I suspect can only be bugs. will require sending multiple support information files and they may try to blame the cause as something completely unrelated to the issue or environment. *Login screen has advertisements from ManageEngine. *In addition to the cumbersome web-based UI, there are a multitude of text configuration files and database tables where configuration values may reside.
