We are using Manage Engine Application Manager Serviceability platform tool to monitor the health and uptime status for all our kinds of applications, services, server components, network CMDB services and overall AWS infrastructure services, including Security apps. IT helps to monitor business-critical systems' health, service status, performance threshold alerts, uptime utilisation reports, and a summarised view of all services from a single dashboard. Our use cases encompass monitoring various applications across resources to ensure optimal performance and proactive issue resolutions

We use this for email alerting of issues with the infrastructure supporting our operations and business applications. I find it a complex and cumbersome platform with poor support experience.
