The patch management module is my favorite, especially the ability to create test groups and then deploy patches to larger groups after a certain period of time in the environment without issue. The ability to view vulnerabilities on different systems and easily remediate them is also a plus. Having so many utility modules in a single console, and unified tools, greatly improves the user experience.
The feature I like most is undoubtedly the Automated Patch Management. Being able to seamlessly deploy both OS and third-party software updates from a single console saves us a tremendous amount of time and minimizes our security risks.

MDM is a good addition, although it can sometimes cause problems when loading restrictions correctly. The Mac/Linux features may be more limited, and reviewing the documentation can be more complicated. The reports are static; they don't allow the customization I'd like to make them more tailored to my needs.
What I dislike most is that the interface can sometimes feel cluttered and somewhat dated. Because it houses so many features, locating a specific setting can be time-consuming. Modernizing the UI/UX to be more intuitive would significantly speed up operations.
