Enterprise IT teams rely on a few mandatory heartbeat statistics on the site, which include network uptime, performance monitoring, device management, bandwidth usage, inventory management, configuration management, server management, website monitoring, general health alerts and a central all-in-one dashboard. What stands out right away is how comprehensive the monitoring is. Once everything was setup, you get pretty clear visibility into uptime, performance, and overall system health without needing to jump between multiple tools. I especially like having everything centralized in one dashboard, makes it much easier to quickly spot issues and understand what's going on across the environment. The alerting system is another strong point, flexible and multiple ways to be alerted.

Dislike

1)Alert noise/Alert storms: Due to the fact that the platform monitors so many technology components all at once, teams may be overwhelmed with the amount of real-time alerts received on multiple channels such as mobile, email and sms 2)Cluttered UI: The user interface is clogged with too many configurations and click heavy items which are cramped up and overwhelming, especially for new tech staff 3)Add-on pricing scale: While the base pricing structure is considered affordable, the pricing structure for add-ons is costly and complex.
