I like Meltwater's powerful customization features in digital and social media monitoring. I love Meltwater's Engage platform which allows me to schedule out my organization's social media content across all of our platforms effectively. I haven't used it yet, but from the demo, I'm really excited about Meltwater's new GenAI Lens, which will drastically improve our LLM monitoring.

It collects mentions from a huge number of news sources, socials, blogs, broadcasts and more. This makes it easy to track brand visibility globally. The dashboards and reports (the automated ones) are useful for sharing results with our stakeholders.
Meltwater's interface isn't always the most user friendly, sometimes it takes a bit of time to find what I need. The website can sometimes shut down while I'm halfway through a task, meaning I have to refresh and restart the task. It can be a bit challenging to find the specific analytics I need to report to my superiors each quarter.
