Read Full Review- Web listening and collections of mentions are quite efficient and broad (maybe too much sometimes, with a lot of noise you need to filter out if you don't want to have a lot of interferences and mentions you don't care about). - The ability to watch multiple competitors on the same dashboard is quite interesting - What really shines is the influencer tool, it's pretty accurate and full of promises.

One thing I loved about Mention is how simple it is to exclude terms and phrases from an alert. Mention monitors the web regularly to track mentions of our company. Furthermore, the user interface of the software is simple to navigate, making it simple to scan and view all of the recent mentions we've set up to track. Apart from some minor negative effects on our management, this is a terrific system, and I enjoy it because it allows us to expand our business while also looking for marketing leads. We have also gained from other time and money-saving benefits because we no longer need to hire IT, professionals. After all, it is simple to use and efficient.

I don't think that the sentiment analysis of this utility is very balanced, to say the least. People tend to misinterpret neutral feedback as positive or negative feedback, which makes it tough to measure genuine feelings about online discussions.
Read Full Review- As mentioned, each feature taken separately is not as good as the other tools available in the market, and some other products look more complete. For example, the social media management tool is okay, but it's nothing like what you can expect from a specialized tool like Hootsuite. - The free version is very limited and doesn't allow you to see the full potential of the platform, whereas paid version is quite expensive if you just want to try the tool - The UX is not perfect, and there is too much noise in the mentions collected without heavy customization
