When we have a site, they ship the SDWAN equipment pre-configured to our main site. We then install the SDWAN equipment at our leisure and when the site needs to be activated.

Network visibility, managed service with ample support behind it and exceptional communication.
We've had this service for over 2 1/2 years, and I can't think of anything I dislike.

Operational misunderstanding of our contract, which is more complex than what the provider and my company are used to. All telecom billing is confusing and difficult to process, and this is not unique to this service provider.
