I like how it saves me from using multiple tools for multiple work as for now it offers finance, sales inventory and operations in one single place. I can look over the real time reports on the finance which helps me to understand.
The most liked function is the transfer order. it really clear to understand of items moving process.
Integration with other Microsoft Products such as Excel and Power BI. The Edit in Excel function is super useful.
I would say if I do a lot of customization it has some affects on the long term maintenance which I really don't like also the number of out of the box features are limited.
1. posting time it is not showing. 2. the user interface is not good. 3. workflow function is loading for a long minutes.
The cost per user is significant. Inability to have multiple windows simultaneously
