What I like most about Dynamics 365 Field Service is the seamless integration with other Microsoft tools like Outlook and Teams, the efficient scheduling and dispatching system, and the user-friendly mobile app that makes it easy for technicians to manage tasks in the field.

What I like dislike most about Dynamics 365 Field Service is that the initial setup and customization can be complex and time-consuming. Sometimes the system performance slows down when handling large data or complex workflows. Also, the licensing costs can get high as more modules or users are added.
Price is too high for the value, lack of customization, hard to integrate with third party, performance was not as expected.
The platform is feature rich but not always intuitive, leading to a steep learning curve for new users. It requires extensive training to use system effectively. Cost is also a challenge.
