When we have to deal with any sales side of IFS or any contract renegotiations. You are not clear with what response you will receive or potentially another fee that you will be charged for something.
the system can only do what you put into it, so we don't have anything we dislike around the platform the hardest part is understanding how to make it work for your business but once you identify this the support is really positive - my only small dislike would be having to raise a ticket for support sometimes these cant be the easiest to do - depending on priority for the business otherwise the service we receive is amazing
