Again, the reliability. We rarely have issues with the system and we are very grateful for that. The UI remains solid and doesn't seem to change much with updates. And then, the physical phones themselves are easy to use and don't seem to break as easily as some of the other phones we have used in the past.
Cost effective for our small business, pretty simple to use allowing users to learn the system quickly with limited help needed and functionality is solid.

The call quality is consistently excellent, and we haven't encountered any significant issues with dropped calls or distorted audio. This reliability has greatly enhanced our business operations and eliminated our frustrations associated with unreliable communication.
I do feel like they are a little dated compared to the competition. This has its advantages and disadvantages, but I just worried about getting left behind or if the system breaks, there is no way to fix it. We are currently in a system where we don't pay any kind of fees to maintain the system.
Can get glitchy at times and support is decent but I wish it was better.
Setting up and configuring MiVoice Connect can be complex, especially for organisations without a dedicated IT - which we fortunately do have! the complexity could pose as a barrier for small businesses with limited resources or technical expertise.
