1) Does well at managing multiple calls simultaneously 2) Easy to set up with a deskphone or softphone for remote work 3) Easy to set up power routing rules to forward calls to a cellphone

Easy to setup in a hybrid environment of virtual and physical clients. License management is very simple. User and group management is is to setup and administer.

the device ordering and delivery process to the country

1) Setting up the app on iPhone could be more intuitive 2) I wish there was an easier way to search through calls on hold 3) Assigning custom availability could be a little more user friendly

The administration console is a little dated but it is still easy to navigate. The reporting is kinda slow but the data is useful once it generates the report.

    Mitel support are terrible at responding and fixing issues. Clients are buggy and fail to work, call recorder misses calls and known security updates are slow to receive.

    MiVoice Connect: A great product for Business

    We have started with ShoreTel Connect Onsite which was taken over by Mitel. Before that, we faced some challenges but after that, it became a cakewalk for us. They have been improved a lot and fixed almost all the issues. Its a good solution for our business. This works in this great way - create a distributed server for voice and messages and use it seamlessly. And now it's our great solution we provide to our customers for voice and messages
