The administration console is a little dated but it is still easy to navigate. The reporting is kinda slow but the data is useful once it generates the report.

MiVoice Connect: A great product for Business
We have started with ShoreTel Connect Onsite which was taken over by Mitel. Before that, we faced some challenges but after that, it became a cakewalk for us. They have been improved a lot and fixed almost all the issues. Its a good solution for our business. This works in this great way - create a distributed server for voice and messages and use it seamlessly. And now it's our great solution we provide to our customers for voice and messages
