A lot of times we can see inconsistency with the numbers in analytics section. Many times the numbers you see on one dashboard doesn't match with the numbers on other dashboard

You have multiple options to analyze events or user performance. We have different sections for analyzing retention, acquisition and Uninstalls. Options such as funnel helps you understand your campaigns and User Behavior in a much better way Time to time, they provide us with new features
The Flow itself is pretty much self explanatory and segmentation is easy.

Inconsistency with numbers on the dashboard Delayed response with the tickets from their engineering team DRP is only 60 days for analytics section in many cases.
The support is not locally available and goes back to India. This resulted in a back and forth discussion.

Moengage is an omnichannel tool that one can use for marketing and communication. My journey with MoEngage is for more than 3+ years where I have successfully grown the business of the company using all the channels. It helped me increase the DAU/MAU and also retain users by allowing to manage the top, middle and bottom funnel.
